Blue is een vrouw. Ze verhuurt het apartement in Orchardstreet, the one with the fluffy towels. Ze woont bij haar fiancée in Philly en doet business in NY.
Loop de buurt in, de Lower East Side, randje China Town.
Blue heeft een wandelroute geschreven. Een ideale dag naar haar mening begint met een expresso at 88 Orchard street. Breakfast or brunch at café Gitane on the corner of Mott and Prince. Shoppen in Mottstreet. Check out the Sunshine theatre for a good movie...
Bij het Sunshine theatre is de weg afgezet, brandweerauto’s, ziekenauto’s, een hoogwerker, politie.
Er staan mensen naar het gebouw te staren. Er is niks te zien.
What’s happening? vraag ik.

The engineers and the people from the building apartment. They will decide if it has to come down. The building is over hundred years old.
